Last week we attended the grand opening of the Peña Ridge Winery’s tasting room in Geyserville. Peña Ridge is a small 600-to-1000 case production winery owned by the Piccetti Family. ...At the grand opening there was a delicious array of salami and cheese and other goodies. ...But the main attractions of the day were the Peña Ridge wines. 10.1.09: Our first experience at the Sonoma County HARVEST FAIR proved to be a winning one -- GOLD for our 2006 Syrah, SILVER for our 2007 Petite Sirah, plus we are so honored to received a Growers Recognition Award for Piccetti Family Vineyards.

3.14.09: National Womens' Wine Competition "Wine Women Love!" loved our 2005 Dry Creek Zin.

1.15.09: SF Chronicle 2009 Wine Competition has awarded our wines with several medals.
